This technological breakthrough will push intelligent robot technology to new heights.</p><p>The vision has received several million Hong Kong dollars in research and development funding from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and strong support from top-tier venture capital institutions.</p><p><strong>1、Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>(1) Handle full sets of accounting duties, include GL/AR/AP month-end closing with schedules, and year-end closing processes ;</p><p>(2) Perform procurement functions, including quotation, tendering, purchase orders, payment requests, goods receipt, etc. and keep good filing system ;</p><p>(3) Perform account analysis and conduct ad-hoc financial data reviews to support decision-making ;</p><p>(4) Maintain the inventory/equipment record accurately, perform regular stock-taking and monitor the addition/disposal of assets ;</p><p>(5) Assist in developing the annual budget and rolling forecasts, monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and recommend actionable improvements ;</p><p>(6) Provide guidance to management on budgetary control and internal control measures for effective financial management ;</p><p>(7) Assist in company compliance matters and record keeping ;</p><p>(8) Review, update, and maintain financial policies and operating manuals to ensure adherence to compliance standards and the adoption of best practices ;</p><p>(9) Support system implementation and enhancements ;</p><p>(10) Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned .</p><p><strong>1. Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>(1) Responsible for all aspects of accounting work, including general ledger/sales/purchase accounts processing, month-end closing and related statement preparation, as well as annual closing procedures ;</p><p></p><p>(3) Perform account analysis and special financial data review to support decision-making;</p><p>(4) Accurately maintain inventory/device records, conduct regular inventories and monitor asset additions and disposals;</p><p>(5) Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, supervise budget execution, analyze differences and propose feasible improvement suggestions ;</p><p>(6) Provide guidance to management on budget control and internal control measures to achieve efficient financial management;</p><p></p><p>(8) Review, update and maintain financial policies and operating manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices;</p><p>(9) Support system implementation and optimization ;</p><p>(10) Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.</p><p><strong>2、Requirements:</strong></p><p>(1) Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline ;</p><p>(2) Recognized accounting professional qualification and Familiar with Hong Kong Accounting standard (HKFRS and HKAS) ;</p><p>(3) At least 3years of relevant experience in accounting, finance and procurement, including some years at a supervisory level ;</p><p>(4) Previous working experience in public sector organizations or higher education institutions is preferred ;</p><p>(5) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders ;</p><p>(6) Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Excel and Word ;</p><p>(7) Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines ;</p><p>(8) Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) ;</p><p>(9) <strong>Must hold or obtain full working rights in Hong Kong before employment ,Location in Nanshan District,Shenzhen </strong>.</p><p><strong>2.
