Maintenance Ground Pipe Worker / Apprentice Pipe Worker

Maintenance site pipe worker<br><ul><li>Responsible for inspecting construction sites, checking various facilities and structural conditions, and ensuring construction safety and quality.</li><li>Perform daily maintenance and repair work, including but not limited to pipes, carpentry, masonry and concrete repair.</li><li>According to company requirements, report on the construction site situation every day, record related problems and progress in handling.</li><li>Support the team to complete other on-site construction or repair tasks, ensure the project is progressing on schedule.</li><li>Keep the construction site clean, follow safety operating procedures, and prevent accidents from happening.</li><li>Must hold a TCP T1 certificate before consideration</li></ul><br><ul><li>Applicants with relevant repair experience will be given priority, familiar with site operations. </li><li>Need to have basic carpentry, masonry and concrete repair skills.</li><li>Good physical condition, able to adapt to outdoor and high-temperature environment work. </li><li>Hard-working and solid, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and responsible.</li><li>Daily reporting of construction site conditions is required, with good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>
