Job Responsibilities:
Provide appropriate investment or insurance solution professional advice to ensure meeting customer insurance or wealth protection needs;
Handle personal customer portfolios and maintain good customer relationships to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Participate in high-quality business training among team members, share knowledge and skills, promote product knowledge and skills sharing, and establish and maintain a positive team culture;
Provide timely market and product updates to team members and customers;
Maintain high standards of compliance rules and procedures;
Ensure that your own and your team's activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, and meet the standards and procedures of Manulife Insurance and the Insurance Regulatory Commission.
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Have received higher or university education, preferably in finance, business or related fields, and hold an insurance-related license;
Have at least 3 years of rich experience in customer relationship management or insurance investment portfolio management;
Have a deep understanding of insurance products, regulations and market dynamics;
Customer-centric, with sales-driven thinking and excellent interpersonal skills;
Have in-depth understanding of wealth management products and rich experience in managing customer investment portfolios;
Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin;
Proactive, with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and motivation;
Responsibility for work, patience and a responsible attitude towards customers.
