Distribution Support (Intern)

The Role

Perform all round policy alternations, policy serving, new business and claims applications process in accordance with company policy and procedures
Maintain a strong relationship with internal distribution team to maintain high service standards
Perform TR name search data cleansing, validate activities reports and make necessary changes
Support administrative work such as update manuals, procedures or operational forms and prepare regular reports to management
Perform UAT of system implementation project
Your Profile

Tertiary Education or related discipline
With at least 3 years of experience in life Insurance Operations preferably in New Business / Policy Serving
Knowledge of life insurance products and solid understanding of insurance operations.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in written and Spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and multi-task
Immediate Available is preferred
Fresh graduate is Welcome and will be considered

Role

Qualifications

Higher education or related disciplines

Have at least 3 years of life insurance operations experience, with preference for new business/policy services

Understand life insurance products and have in-depth understanding of insurance business.

Good Chinese and English oral and writing skills. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese written and oral communication

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking
