Job Responsibilities
1. Local market expansion and performance implementation: Based in Vietnam, independently responsible for local cross-border payment business development, focusing on core customer groups such as cross-border e-commerce sellers, foreign trade enterprises, and local channel service providers, and developing new customers through offline visits, industry exhibitions, and resource matching. Complete the sales performance indicators set by the company.

Local market insights and strategy iteration: Real-time follow-up on Vietnam's local payment supervision policies, foreign exchange rules, peer-to-peer products and pricing system, collect market demand and industry pain points, synchronize with domestic teams, and assist in optimizing local business strategies and product adaptation plans.
5. Cross-departmental collaboration and compliance implementation: Collaborate with domestic risk control, operations, and technical teams to complete customer KYC/KYB and other compliance reviews, system debugging, problem detection and other work to ensure stable and compliant cross-border payment operations for customers.

1. Language requirements
2. Work experience: 2 years or moreCross-border payment industry professional experience, familiar with overseas market BD expansion mode, those who have worked in Southeast Asia/Vietnam market, merchants/channel resources are preferred.
3. Industry and compliance awareness: Proficient in cross-border payment, receipt and exchange, and funds settlement; Understand the overseas cross-border payment compliance logic, KYC/AML risk control system, and have cross-border financial industry compliance awareness.
4. Core competencies: Have mature cross-border payment customer mining, business negotiation, and solution implementation capabilities, high market sensitivity; strong sense of goal, high stress resistance, and able to independently complete the whole process of local market expansion and maintenance in Vietnam.
5. Resource advantages: Priority will be given to those with Vietnamese local cross-border e-commerce, foreign trade enterprises, payment channels, and financial institutions resources, which can quickly launch the market and achieve results.
