About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function across multiple regions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our people strategy to support business growth and organizational excellence. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in regional HR management, ideally within the technology industry.
What We Expect from You
Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing insights and solutions on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
Oversee the entire HR function across multiple regions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and PRC, ensuring consistency and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Drive regional initiatives to support business growth, including talent acquisition, retention strategies, and leadership development programs.
Lead the design and implementation of talent management frameworks, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
Foster a culture of continuous learning through effective training and development programs.
Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Champion a positive and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Establish and monitor HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
How We Imagine You
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:
At least 10 years of HR management experience in a regional scope, preferably gained in Hong Kong, Singapore, and PRC.
Prior experience in the technology industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practices across Hong Kong, Singapore, and PRC.
Proven experience in leading regional HR teams and implementing people strategies that drive business results.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
