Corporate Digital & Fintech Manager - Business and Digital Development (Job ID 4044)

Responsibilities
* Revamp, design & build up best practice for Wholesale Banking Division to uplift customer experience, enhance operation efficiency and preventive operational control.
* Collaborate with Project Teams, Product Managers, Marketing, Frontline and other relevant units of the Bank to develop, review and enhance our digital solutions to our corporate customers
* Prepare and perform the User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the system development as defined in the User Requirement & Functional Specification and process on schedules.
* Keep abreast of latest FinTech and/or Bank Core Bank system development and market trends for the study and evaluation of FinTech or IT solutions for Wholesale Banking Division
* Conduct analysis of business process and make recommendation on system changes so that process and procedure can be streamlined and achieve work efficiency
* Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of the Department/ Division
Requirements
* University graduate or above is preferred
* HKIB or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
* Preferable 5 years experience in computing and system project with at least 3 years in system analysis and development in financial institutions or banking sector
* Knowledge in Corporate Banking products and services is an advantage
* Good understanding in system concepts and project management techniques is preferable
