Compliance Manager (Hong Kong SFC)

My client, a well-known asset management company, currently needs to recruit a compliance manager due to business expansion.

Working location: Hong Kong Central District.

Job Responsibilities:

Risk Management: Full process identification and evaluation of compliance risks, monitoring policy dynamics and issuing early warnings.​

​Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, law, finance and other related fields are preferred.​

Experience: More than 2 years of financial industry legal and compliance experience, and more than 3 years of asset management industry compliance experience.​

Familiar with national financial laws and regulations, supervisory policies and asset management industry-related provisions, with solid legal and financial professional knowledge.​

Proficient in office software, with strong data analysis and report writing abilities, able to identify compliance risks through data analysis.

Qualities: Strong risk insight, good communication and coordination, rigorous work, and good stress resistance.

English can be used as a working language
