Compliance Manager (Hong Kong SFC)

<p>My client, a well-known asset management company, currently needs to recruit a compliance manager due to business expansion.<br><br>Working location: Hong Kong Central District.<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br><br>Risk Management: Full process identification and evaluation of compliance risks, monitoring policy dynamics and issuing early warnings.​<br><br><br><br>​Requirements:<br>Education: Bachelor's degree or above, law, finance and other related fields are preferred.​<br>Experience: More than 2 years of financial industry legal and compliance experience, and more than 3 years of asset management industry compliance experience.​<br>Familiar with national financial laws and regulations, supervisory policies and asset management industry-related provisions, with solid legal and financial professional knowledge.​<br><br><br>Proficient in office software, with strong data analysis and report writing abilities, able to identify compliance risks through data analysis.<br>Qualities: Strong risk insight, good communication and coordination, rigorous work, and good stress resistance.<br>English can be used as a working language</p>
