<b>Job Description:</b><br> • Provided All-rounded local HR support to Regional HR Manager<br> • Develop, maintain, and review HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and legislative requirements<br> • Provide HR statistics and analytics to facilitate informed decision-making for line management<br> • Maintain the accuracy of internal databases, documentation & HRIS systems<br> • Routine monthly payroll. HR reports update, MPF contribution, On-boarding and Off-boarding preparation<br> • Support organizational change initiative and facilitate communication between employees and leadership during periods of change<br> • Be the main contact point for local warehousing Human Resources upon the instructions and guidelines of the direct managers, to ensure the success of HR initiatives in Hong Kong<br> • Conduct annual Employee Surveys and devise action plans to enhance areas identified for improvement<br> • Support on all administrative functions, including office management, facilities management, fixed asset register and procurement<br> • Coordinate license renewal such as BR updates, Caring Company, ECI & Group medical renewal<br> • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned<br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br> • Degree holder in Human Resources/ Business related discipline<br> • With 5 year relevant working experience<br> • Attentive to details<br> • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br> • Self-disciplined, hardworking, able to work under pressure<br> • Proficient in Computer software (e.g., O365, Teams) and fast learner to Company internal softwares/App<br> • Less experience would be considered as Assistant HR and Admin Manager/ HRBP
