JobDescription:

WearelookingforaHeadofProjectManagementfortheprojectdevelopmentsinHongKong,Singapore,China,Indonesia,TaiwanandothercountriesinAPACregion.HewillbeacriticalpartoftheCentralDesign&Buildteam.Thejobholderwillplayanimportantroleinourdatacenterprojects.He/shewillensureallnewdatacenterprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinbudget,quality,andscope

RolesandResponsibilities:

•Establishprojectobjectives,policies,procedures,andperformancestandardswithinboundariesofcorporatepolicies.Puttheseinclearconciseworkstatementforthefield

•Negotiateandsupervisethepreparationofallchangeordersontheproject

•Maintainalllogsrequiredtotracktheprogressoftheproject

•MaintainliaisonwithprimeclientandA/Etofacilitateconstructionactivities

•MonitorconstructionactivitiesinconjunctionwiththeonsiteProjectManagerandAreaSuperintendenttoensureprojectisbeingbuiltonschedule,andwithinbudgets

•Investigateanypotentiallyserioussituationsandimplementcorrectivemeasureswithincompanyguidelines,andundersupervision

•Representcompany/projectinmeetingswithclient,subcontractors,etc.

•CreateProjectschedule(MicrosoftProject),andprepare3weekslookaheadscheduleandmonthlyscheduleupdate

•Managefinancialaspectsofcontracts(progressbilling,rentalequipment,income/expenses)toprotectthecompany'sinterestandsimultaneouslymaintaingoodrelationshipwiththeclient

•Thedutiesandresponsibilitiesareintendedtodescribethegeneralnatureandscopeofworkbeingperformedbythisposition.Thisisnotacompletelistingandotherdutieswillbeassignedbasedontheposition’srolewithinthebusinessunit.

•Develophigh-qualityprojectproposalandplanbasedonthebusinessrequirementsandavailableprojectresources.

•Directandcoordinateactivitiesofprojectpersonneltoensureprojectprogressesonscheduleandwithintheprescribesbudgetofresources.

•TrackETAdeliveryofequipmentandservicesfromTelco/DataCenters,PublicCloudProvidersandICTPrinciples/Distributors.

•Provideregularreportsonprojectprogressforstakeholdersandmanagementandupdateschedulesonplanswhenrequired.

•Serveasanescalationpointforanyserviceimpactedincidentsandhelpwithad-hocrequeststoprovideoptimaluserexperiencetoBU.

•Communicatewithstakeholderforvendormanagement,maintenanceofdocumentsandtoreportonprojectprogress.
