General Clerk

Our client, a famous Japanese brand in digital entertainment and AV products is inviting high caliber candidates to apply the the subject role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general office administration, clerical support, answering incoming calls and guests greeting

• Provide office admin duties including office/pantry supplies procurement, vendors/suppliers coordination and management, office facilities management, courier arrangement, etc

• Provide other clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 2 years relevant experience

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and other PC applications

• Good telephone manners and communication skills

• Ability to work independently, mature and detail-minded

• Good command of both written and spoken Japanese (N3 or above), English and Chinese
