Peptide Scientist

<p>Role Description:</p> <p>Ø This is a full-time, on-site position for a Peptide Scientist at AILSI in Hong Kong SAR.</p> <p>Ø The role involves applying chemical and biological techniques to support the drug discovery process.</p> <p>Ø The ideal candidate will have a strong background in peptide synthesis and characterization.</p> <p>Ø The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance research projects.</p> <p></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Ø Design and synthesize peptides using solid-phase and liquid-phase synthesis techniques.</p> <p>Ø Characterize peptide structure and purity using mass spectrometry, HPLC, and NMR.</p> <p>Ø Conduct biological assays to evaluate peptide activity and efficacy.</p> <p>Ø Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate peptide research into broader projects.</p> <p>Ø Analyze experimental data and interpret results to guide ongoing research.</p> <p>Ø Prepare reports and publish findings in scientific journals.</p> <p>Ø Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Ø Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.</p> <p>Ø Proven experience in peptide synthesis and characterization.</p> <p>Ø Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant laboratory techniques.</p> <p>Ø Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</p> <p>Ø Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</p>
