Working hours: 10.30-21.00, one day off every two days.

Job Details

Duties include:

1. Sell products in the store, provide quality service to customers, and complete various sales evaluation indicators through cooperation with team sales personnel;

2. Good communication and understanding of customer needs, seeking sales opportunities;

3. Develop new customers, expand business with old customers, establish and maintain customer files;

4. Coordinate internal company resources, promote sales progress, and improve customer satisfaction;

5. Collect and analyze customer information and market data, and provide regular feedback on work summaries;

6. Complete under the guidance of the store manager, product display design, store operations, customer management, etc. daily work.

Requirements:

1. More than 1 year of retail store experience, those with luxury goods industry (jewelry, watches, cosmetics, clothing, and concept stores) retail experience will be given priority;

2. Have good communication skills, affinity, and neat and generous appearance, fluent in standard English or Cantonese;

3. Able to withstand a certain amount of pressure, with a persistent and patient will;

5. Good image and temperament.

3) Fluency in Cantonese and English .

4) work under pressure ; have the spirit of perseverance and patience to take challenges.

5) Possess certain customer resources ; good customer service awareness; be pragmatic, hardworking, and have a strong spirit of teamwork.
