Membership Sales Consultant

Duties:

1. Responsible for the sales and conversion of customers who have been invited to the store;

2. Responsible for customers’ sales conversion rate through various sales skills;

Requirements:

1. Strong self-discipline, extremely responsible work attitude: Shoulder to Shoulder Internet, priority; fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese/ English, priority; 3. Personable, with basic sales skills, flexible, not bound by sales pitch, able to grasp customer psychology and break through in a targeted manner.

4. Have some data analysis skills, and be responsible for conversion effects;

5. Understand the company's customer groups, have a certain understanding and insight into the minorities, and be able to grasp their psychology; 6. This position is mainly based in Hong Kong and requires frequent trips to Hong Kong. Applicants must have a valid Hong Kong residency and work visa; 7. E-persons are preferred, outgoing and talkative personality, not socially anxious, with good communication skills, proactive, and able to solve problems independently;
