Legal Counsel (Real Estate)

<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.<br>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, and property development agreements.</li> <li>Provide legal advice and guidance on property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions.</li> <li>Review and analyze title reports, surveys, zoning reports, and other due diligence documents related to real estate transactions.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks.</li> <li>Assist in resolving real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, property damage claims, and contract disputes.</li> <li>Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.</li> <li>Participate in negotiations and closings of real estate transactions, ensuring all legal aspects are handled appropriately.</li> <li>Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to streamline real estate transactions and minimize legal exposure.</li> <li>Provide training and guidance to internal teams on real estate legal matters and best practices.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Over 8 years in as legal position in real estate or developer side</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.</li> <li>Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to review complex legal documents.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties.</li> <li>Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Experience in handling real estate litigation and dispute resolution is a plus.<br><br></li> </ul>
