Perform 3D model pre-processing operations, including model inspection, slicing settings, support generation, and printing parameter optimization.
Execute post-processing work after printing: cleaning, removing support, sanding, surface treatment, assembly, and simple quality inspection.
Assist in the improvement, testing and new equipment fabrication of 3D printers.
Manage print consumables inventory, ensure materials are dry, classified and stored and maintain appropriate usage levels.
Record production data, abnormal conditions and maintenance records, and assist the supervisor in improving production efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, industrial design, materials forming, manufacturing engineering or related fields.
Applicants with 3D printing-related practical experience are preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered.
Familiarity with at least one CAD modeling software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino or Tinkercad).
Familiar with common 3D printing slicing software (Cura, PrusaSlicer, ChiTuBox, Simplify3D, etc.).
Careful and responsible, able to work independently, with basic problem-solving and learning abilities.
