Duties include: 1. Study the market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape of Southeast Asia, and develop suitable sales strategies and marketing tactics for the region. 2. Responsible for building, training and managing the sales team in Southeast Asia. 3. Cultivate team spirit and collaboration skills, create a good team atmosphere, and enhance team cohesion and stability. 4. Establish and maintain good relations with important customers and partners in Southeast Asia, and regularly visit customers. 5. Develop and implement a market promotion plan for Southeast Asia, organize and participate in various industry exhibitions, seminars, and business activities. 6. Collect, organize and analyze sales data, market data and customer data in Southeast Asia, and regularly write sales reports and market analysis reports.
Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. More than 5 years of sales and management experience, with at least 3 years of sales experience in Southeast Asia, those with rich local market resources and customer resources are preferred. 3. Have good team leadership and organizational and coordination skills. 4. Proficient in English/Malay/Thai/Indonesian/Vietnamese, able to communicate fluently in oral and written form. 5. Have good communication skills, team spirit, stress resistance, and innovative spirit, and be able to adapt to long-term work in Southeast Asia.
