Trust Services Director (Business Development)

<p></p><p></p><p>· Based on understanding the customer's background and needs, understand the asset allocation target, and be responsible for formulating professional customized solutions.</p><p>· Responsible for the establishment and management of onshore and offshore trusts. </p><p>· Provide trust training to internal staff to improve the efficiency of providing trust services to customers.</p><p>· Actively coordinate and cooperate with relevant teams (including tax advisors, lawyers and family advisors) to provide customized services to customers.</p><p>· Work with external lawyers and accountants to create a customized trust structure for clients.</p><p>· Assist in analyzing market changes and customer needs, and propose effective suggestions to promote the implementation of the company's overall strategy.</p><p>· Assist in part of the family trust business project to promote the overall growth of the family trust business.</p><p>· Provide professional wealth management services, including insurance, investment, and retirement planning for customers.</p><p>· Actively expand potential markets. </p><p>· Supervise the team's regulatory activities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and supervisory requirements, including internal policies and procedures.</p>
