Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Record each maintenance detail, including fault type, replacement parts, labor time, and customer feedback, and submit a complete service report to the supervisor for review.
Assist customers in understanding daily maintenance methods for equipment, provide simple operation instructions and safety use advice, and enhance customer satisfaction and brand trust.
Regularly participate in internal technical update training, understand the structural characteristics and common fault handling solutions of new model household appliances, and continuously improve professional repair skills.
Requirements:
Have 1 to 3 years of practical experience in repairing household appliances, familiar with the circuit system, mechanical structure and common failure modes of products such as water dispensers, electric hot water boilers, washing machines and dishwashers.
Fluent in Cantonese communication, able to clearly explain to customers the cause of the failure and the maintenance plan, friendly, polite and service-oriented attitude
