Job Responsibilities

△ Spearhead corporate strategy formulation and execution

△ Sourced investment opportunities, cultivated partnerships, led deal execution and post-investment management

△ Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.

Job Requirements

· Education: Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.

· Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

· Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position（big-name investment banks and family offices）

· Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans

· Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
