An MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.</p> <p>· Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.</p> <p>· Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position（big-name investment banks and family offices）</p> <p>· Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans</p> <p>· Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company</p>
