Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent sales service and high-quality customer experiences to ensure that each customer receives professional and personal treatment.

2. Integrate into the team cooperation atmosphere, actively complete and exceed personal sales targets, and contribute to the overall performance of the store.

3. Assist in in-store product display, goods sorting and replenishment work, keep the store clean and orderly, and enhance customers’ shopping experience.

4. Responsible for cash register operations to ensure accurate and error-free billing, and maintain the store's financial standards.

5. Regularly participate in company training, learn brand knowledge, product features and sales skills, and continuously improve your professional ability.

Requirements:

1. Passionate about the retail industry, with good service awareness and responsibility, and able to provide quality service based on customer needs.

2. Have at least one year of retail fashion sales experience, familiar with sales skills and customer psychology is even better.

3. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, able to effectively communicate with customers from different language backgrounds.

4. Active and positive personality, good communication skills and team spirit, able to maintain a professional attitude under pressure.

5. Have patience and attention to detail, have basic calculation skills, and be able to operate the cash register system and other related equipment fluently.
