A. Core Responsibilities
1. Performance achievement: Independently complete monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Hong Kong market, including new customer acquisition, trial conversion, renewal and upselling, with core evaluation of ARR and order value.
3. Solution sales and closing: Responsible for product demonstration, POC promotion, quotation negotiation, contract signing, and ensuring smooth order execution; Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure customer experience.
4. Market insight and feedback: Track Hong Kong SaaS office software market trends, competitive product dynamics, collect customer feedback on AI features, and provide basis for product iteration and sales strategy optimization.
5. Data-driven management: Use CRM systems to accurately record the sales funnel, regularly submit performance reports, funnel analysis and prediction, and ensure transparent and controllable sales progress.
II. Employment Requirements
1. Education: Hold a Hong Kong Advanced Diploma/Professional Diploma (Diploma) or equivalent academic qualifications; market research, business management, information technology-related background is preferred.
2. Experience: More than 3 years of B2B enterprise software/SaaS sales experience in Hong Kong, with excellent personal performance records; those with AI software, office collaboration tool sales experience are preferred.
3. Ability: Proficient in consultation-based sales techniques, with strong business negotiation, demonstration and customer relationship building skills; able to independently drive the whole process from potential customers to completion.
4. Language: Cantonese, English, Mandarin fluent, able to communicate fluently with Hong Kong local enterprises, multinational companies and inland Hong Kong institutions.
5. Qualities: Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work of the Hong Kong market; familiar with SaaS subscription models, understand ARR, renewal rate, etc. core indicators.
6. Bonus: Holding Hong Kong corporate customer resources (small and medium-sized enterprises, professional services firms, fintech companies).
