Job Description

Requirements:

1. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region permanent resident, and may be legally employed in Hong Kong;

2. Secondary five education or above, HKCEE or HKDSE Qualified in Chinese and English; Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, and it is best if you can speak Mandarin;

3. Have at least three (3) years of continuous work experience in the reservation department of a performing arts venue;

4. Familiar with computer operations, including MS Office (Word and Excel), and it is best to have knowledge of computer database management;

5. English and Chinese typing speed reach 35 characters or more per minute.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Input and update computer reservation data;

2. Assist in the compilation of appointment statistics reports;

3. Process and coordinate various appointment applications;

4. Respond to inquiries and process related documents;

5. Maintain and test the reservation system;

Daily 8.5 hours work, including 1 hour for meals, daily salary HKD900
