(Senior) Advisor, Claims Admin & QA (6 months contract)

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver the pre-authorization results to members and handle the enquiries throughout the pre-authorization process in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Address members’ enquiries in the pre-authorization and claims details effectively and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service</li><li>Provide, collect and manage customer data in full compliance to Bupa internal policies</li><li>Working collaboratively with customer service and claims team to provide the best-in-class end-to-end claims journey<br></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications, Training and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service environment and/or exposure gained in insurance or financial industry;</li><li>Good knowledge of the Healthcare and medical insurance product and operations</li><li>Good communication skills, professional telephone manner</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust</li><li>Great command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing</li></ul><p><br>Bupa offers 5 days’ work per week and comprehensive remuneration packages including base salary, study assistance plan, company pension plan, life and medical benefit, dental benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc.<br></p><p>Bupa is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
