Job Description
<p> <strong>WearehiringBusinessDevelopment Manager forournewexpansion into IT products (B2B AI & Cloud Services).</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>- Sales Target Achievement</strong>: Responsible for sales of SaaS software products in the region, actively developing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and improving client retention and activity rates.</p><p><strong>- Sales Strategy Development</strong>: Design and implement sales strategies for office SaaS software and video conferencing software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.</p><p><strong>- Channel Development:</strong>Establish and manage partnerships with local distributors, agents, and system integrators. Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance.</p><p><strong>- Market Analysis:</strong> Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies. Work with the marketing team to tailor localized promotional activities and strategies for target markets.</p><p><strong>- Customer Relationship Management:</strong> Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.</p><p>- <strong>Cross-Department Collaboration</strong>: Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless solutions are delivered to clients. Provide feedback to the R&D team on local market needs and functional requirements.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Diploma or Degree holder in business, IT or related disciplines of Tertiary Education</p><p>- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT Solutions or AI solutions is highly preferred</p><p>- Experiences in customer relationship management</p><p>- Demonstrate expertise in managing business-to-business (B2B) relationships by delivering tailored solutions that truly resonate with client needs.</p><p><br></p>
