Job Responsibilities

Need to have Internet/technology financial industry and large company background, assist the president in formulating plans, provide support and analysis advice, project follow-up and management.
Project management and follow-up, write and organize project ppt and documents, and follow up on project progress and development status.
Handle external liaison affairs, represent the president in communicating and liaising with partners, customers and government agencies.
Personnel, financial, and legal experience is even better.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration, economics, finance or related fields, with a master's degree being given priority.
Have more than 3 years of experience as a senior executive assistant or related position in a large corporation, familiar with corporate operating management mode.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to independently write high-quality business documents and give formal speeches.
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, able to handle sudden affairs and complex problems under high pressure.
Proficient in English, fluent in Mandarin, with good cross-cultural communication skills; familiar with Office office software.
