1. Comprehensive office space management, including office space environment maintenance, supplies and equipment facilities replenishment, renovation and upgrading beautification, cleaning arrangements, and greenery updates,
3. Office supplies, fixed assets purchase/issue/accounting management; Administrative procurement;
4. Answer the phone, receive faxes, transfer calls or record information as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
5. Take care of the registration, guidance and reception of visiting personnel, and notify the visited personnel in a timely manner;
6. Business reception arrangements, meeting organization and arrangements;
7. Responsible for receiving and sending company express, letters, and packages;
8. Coordinate with headquarters administration, organize and implement employee team building and other administrative work;
9. Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
