IT Support

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deliver daily help desk support for user hardware, software and applications (Windows, MS Office, O365). </p></li><li><p>Provide IT and remote assistance, while supporting network/server maintenance. </p></li><li><p>Manage and update hardware/software inventory records.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma above in Information technology or equivalent</p></li><li><p>With 1- 3 years' experience in IT Technical support (Fresh graduates also welcome)</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Email (Outlook) </p></li><li><p>Willing to learn</p></li><li><p>Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferable</p></li><li><p>On-the-job training will be provided for less experienced candidates</p></li><li><p><strong>Immediate will be in advantage </strong></p></li></ul>
