Responsibilities:

Providing daily operation and support to network

Responsible for network device (e.g. Firewall, Switch and Router)

Troubleshoot, evaluate and resolve hybrid WAN / LAN / WIFI performance and capacities issues

Responsible for the network project planning, implementation and testing by coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Opportunity working in network security environment

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT Support with 1 year focusing on the networking sector

At least 1 year hands-on experience in Switch, Router, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting

Holder of CCNA is a must

Good communication and teamwork skills

Good command of Chinese and English
