Duties:
1. Responsible for customer immigration landing counseling and after-sales services;
2. Provide professional business consultation and information feedback to customers, and maintain good customer relationships;
4. Patience to listen to customer needs and provide timely feedback to improve customer satisfaction;
5. Actively and proactively maintain and promote the company's good image, and implement the service concept;
6. Able to independently complete other daily tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, English major is preferred;
2. More than three years of customer service work experience, with an English level of CET-6/IELTS 6 or above;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, dedication, team spirit, and honesty and trust;
5. Have sales skills and sales awareness;
6. Have good innovative spirit, solid and serious, high work efficiency, good intuition and work habits; 7. Have strong learning awareness, and handle various difficult problems skillfully.
