Key Responsibilities:

• Process currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle remittance services (inbound/outbound) while adhering to compliance protocols.

• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about exchange rates, fees, and transfer processes.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawers daily.

• Follow anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as reporting and inventory management of foreign currencies.

Job Requirement:

• An Undergraduate degree.

• Prior experience as a teller, cashier, or in Financial services industry is a must.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficient in Cantonese (not a must).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer proficiency.
