Sales & Product Management: Collaborate closely with branch customer relationship managers (RMs) to provide professional life insurance and investment-linked insurance solutions to high net worth (HNW) individual and corporate customers, supporting the bank's retail insurance sales targets.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain efficient communication and collaboration with insurance product managers, branch managers, and regional managers, participate in the planning and execution of new product launches, and continuously optimize sales processes and market response efficiency.
Client Relationship Management: As an insurance project expert, through financial status analysis and needs diagnosis, tailor Customize appropriate protection and wealth inheritance solution for customers and provide professional after-sales services, including insurance, claim assistance and regular policy review.
Compliance & Risk Management: Strictly comply with the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) regulations, IIQE licensing requirements, bank internal compliance policies and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and ethical norms, and maintain bank reputation and customer rights.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree, majoring in finance, business, economics or related fields; those with 1 to 3 years of retail banking, insurance sales or wealth management related work experience are preferred.
Have obtained Hong Kong insurance intermediary qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, 5 & 7), and hold a valid insurance broker license (individual or company); if not yet licensed, you must complete all examinations and licensing procedures within six months of employment.
Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to confidently and clearly communicate complex insurance concepts to diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
Familiar with Hong Kong local insurance regulations, tax arrangements (such as tax-deductible premium plans), investment-linked insurance structures and common asset allocation logic, with basic financial analysis and risk assessment abilities.
Have a high sense of responsibility, integrity and honesty, be able to handle customer needs independently, and be good at team collaboration to adapt to the fast-paced, goal-oriented work environment of bank branches.
Comply with the legal work qualifications in Hong Kong, including but not limited to: Hong Kong permanent resident identity, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hire arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other valid work permit.
