Job Responsibilities:
1. Mail processing, file processing, and document processing;
2. Data storage, reception of visitors to the office;
3. Maintain team daily operations, organize events and follow up on affairs, etc.;
4. Follow up on sales inquiries and coordinate with customers;
5. Issue memos and follow up sales orders;
6. Monitor customer orders and provide post-purchase support;
7. Provide and manage data and report to the team;
8. Prepare daily/weekly reports;
9. Participate in other temporary projects and responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
1. Graduation from university;
2. Two years of solid work experience;
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office software (especially Excel)
4. Have ambition, independence, and a willingness to work under pressure and time constraints;
5. Have a high degree of sensitivity when handling confidential information;
6. Cantonese, Mandarin, and English can be used as working languages.
