Marketing Manager

<div>Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Set annual and quarterly marketing goals for the company, and adjust strategies based on market dynamics to ensure performance is achieved.</li><li>Lead the internationalization promotion of the company's products and brands, with emphasis on covering Southeast Asia, Europe, Japan and South Korea, etc. target markets.</li><li>Responsible for the establishment, training, performance evaluation and daily management of the Hong Kong sales team, and building an efficient business team.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional resources, report marketing progress to senior leadership, and effectively implement corporate strategic goals and project tasks.</li><li>Monitor market feedback and competitive dynamics in various regions, and propose targeted marketing solutions to enhance brand influence and market share.</li></ul></div><br><div>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Have at least 8 years of marketing or business-related experience, with at least 3 years of team leadership management experience, those with international market expansion background are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with Southeast Asia, Europe and Japan-Korea market consumption behavior and business environment, those who have local channels or cooperation resources are preferred.</li><li>Have excellent strategic planning and execution skills, and be able to independently drive large-scale marketing projects from planning to implementation.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively link headquarters and regional teams, ensure strategic consistency and information flow. </li><li>Fluent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, Cantonese as a plus, adapting to cross-border travel and cross-cultural cooperation.</li></ul></div>
