PR Communications & Marketing Assistant (Clerk)

Suitable for detail-oriented, patient, and willing to start from the bottom fresh graduates

We are seeking a calm and organized university graduate to join our team. This is not a job that requires "bridging" or attending events, we need you to handle data reports, market monitoring, and supply chain management. If you are not opposed to repetitive work and willing to accumulate marketing basics by handling details, please apply.

1. Data and case reports (Comprehensive Reporting) - Work focus

Social Media Report: Regularly extract and integrate backend data from various social platforms (FB/IG/YouTube/XiaoHongShu) to create weekly/monthly performance reports.

Media Pitching Report： Follow up on media placement effectiveness, collect Clipping (clippings), calculate Media Value, and compile it into a regular PR Report.

KOL Campaign Report: At the end of the campaign, integrate all KOL's published screenshots and data to ensure accurate and error-free information.

2. Market and competitive product monitoring (Daily Monitoring)

Daily news monitoring (News Clipping): Daily scheduled search and organization of relevant media reports and online public opinion, and real-time reporting.

Competitor Monitoring: Regularly collect and record your competitors' promotional trends (such as which KOLs they are using, what promotions they are doing), input into an Excel database for archiving.

Sample Management (Sample Management): Responsible for sorting out the company warehouse, counting the activity supplies and sample inventory.

Product seeding: Responsible for packaging public relations gifts (Packing), filling out courier forms (Courier arrangement) and arranging logistics to send to KOLs or media.

4. Project Execution Support

Assist in liaison and follow up KOL cooperation matters (such as schedule coordination, collection of materials)

Maintain and update Media List and Influencer Database.

[Entry Requirements]

University degree holders (welcome fresh graduates, majoring in any subject is fine).

Highly detail-oriented: Extremely sensitive to numbers and words, ensuring that a large number of reports are error-free.

Not afraid of this job being "boring": Understand that PR/Marketing is made up of countless details, and I am willing to do Packing and Data Entry.

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.

Systematic PR and Digital Marketing on-the-job training (with senior instructor guidance on report logic).

8-hour work schedule (including lunch).

5 days work week, bank holidays.
