Logistics Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries or complaints andany incidents occurred

• Assist in organizing front-line operations

• Facilitate & coordinate customer defective return

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers

• Perform ad-hocduties as assigned.

• 5.5 days long-short week (early leave at 3pm on Saturday)

Requirements:

• DSE / HKCEE English passed or above, Diploma or above is preferably

• 2 years of customer serviceor order follow experience will be asset

• Good command of written & spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin

• Good communication & presentation skills, responsible and friendly

• Experienced in Air Freight Operation is an advantage
