客戶服務專員 (5天工作, 電話服務中心, 夜更)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling sales orders and following up by answering and making phone calls

• Handling customer inquiries/complaints through phone and email

• Maintain and expand the good relationship between customers and sales teams

• Accurately input sales orders and data - promote the company's products through cross-selling and upselling

Qualifications:

• Secondary School Diploma / Same Level

• Able to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

• Understand Chinese input

• Basic Mandarin and English oral and written communication

• Good Cantonese oral and written Chinese
