Assist interns or licensed real estate agents in daily customer development and maintenance, including contacting potential customers, arranging property viewing trips and follow-up.<br>2. Learn and master the professional real estate sales process, participate in the company's training courses to enhance your personal business skills and industry knowledge.<br>3. Responsible for organizing and updating customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness, and provide data support to the team.<br>4. Assist senior real estate agents in completing transaction-related document preparation work, such as purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, etc., to ensure a smooth process.<br>5. Flexibly adjust the work location in Shang Shui, Pin Ling District, etc., and provide quality services according to actual needs. <br>Requirements:<br>1. Be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, and new immigrants or job changers are eligible to apply.<br>2. Familiar with Chinese writing and Cantonese communication, with basic Mandarin skills being the best, and able to cater to diverse customer groups.<br>3. Have good communication skills and patience, be able to handle customer inquiries and needs properly, and demonstrate a dedicated and enthusiastic work attitude.<br>4.
