Assistant Claims Officer / Claims Assistant (5 days)

<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li><p>Mainly responsible for handling Motor and Employees’ Compensation claims;</p></li><li><p>Study and investigate the circumstances giving rise to claims;</p></li><li><p>Ensuring all claims are properly handled and review claims processing, decline and settlement procedures when necessary;</p></li><li><p>Development a claims handling strategy to ensure that appropriate reserves are set up with due investigations conducted and appropriate specialists engaged;</p></li><li><p>Monitor progress of claims;</p></li><li><p>Negotiate with claimants and their representatives; and</p></li><li><p>Liaise with solicitors, as well as other legal and claims professionals.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree holder with minimum 1 year's experience in handling general insurance claims preferred;</p></li><li><p>Candidate with more experience will be considered as Claims Officer;</p></li><li><p>Fresh graduates will also be considered;</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Windows & Office operations;</p></li><li><p>Proficient in use of written/oral English and Chinese Languages;</p></li></ul>
