Funds Management Officer

Salary range: $15000-25000/month
Working hours: 5 days per week
Working location: Mong Kok East

Job Responsibilities

1. Financial advice: Based on the customer's financial situation, provide corresponding investment and insurance product recommendations, and provide professional financial management services, including but not limited to retirement planning, protection and asset allocation, etc.

2. Underwriting and claims: Process insurance underwriting and claims matters to ensure that customers’ insurance needs are met.

3. Customer relations: Maintain good relationships with customers, follow up regularly, understand and meet their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Educational requirements: Hold a university degree, associate degree, or advanced diploma, or be a recent DSE graduate.

2 work experience: No limit on work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Communication skills: Have good interpersonal communication skills, and be able to effectively communicate with customers.

4. Language skills: Fluent Cantonese, if Mandarin is also fluent, able to meet the language environment of different customers' needs.
