Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of furniture layouts, space planning, and interior fit-out drawings based on client requirements and project specifications.

• Develop and revise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, suppliers, and clients to ensure drawings meet project requirements and timelines.

• Review specifications, measurements, and site conditions to ensure drawing accuracy.

• Prepare as-built drawings and update project documentation as necessary.

• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers regarding technical details and production requirements.

• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, building regulations, and client specifications.

• Support project teams during the design, production, and installation phases.

• Conduct site measurements and surveys when required.

Skill Requirements

• AutoCAD (Essential): Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to handle floor plans, layout drawings, E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) drawings, and general drafting tasks independently and accurately.

• SketchUp (Preferred / Advantage): Experience in product modeling, 3D visualization, and creating sectional site drawings will be considered a strong advantage.

• 3D Rendering: Familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus.

Requirements & Preferred Attributes

• Around 2 years of relevant drafting experience preferred.

• Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

• A punctual, self-motivated, and responsible individual who is capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
