副理，CS Training and Quality Assurance (6 months contract)

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the delivery of high-impact training programs by contributing to the development of program framework, structure, timeline and other key components aimed instilling customer centricity</li><li>Review the effectiveness and quality of training delivery, and implement improvement actions based on quality assurance analyses</li><li>Contribute to the development and revision of training manuals, and deliver both in-person / online training sessions</li><li>Conduct training needs analyses to support skill-building for new initiatives and process changes</li><li>Align training efforts with transformation goals, facilitating smooth adoption of new practices</li></ul><p><br><strong>Qualifications, Training and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree or above</li><li>Preferable with 4 years’ relevant training experience, and related to insurance or medical industry</li><li>Solid knowledge and experience of learning and development areas, including training needs analysis, course design, delivery and evaluation of course effectiveness</li><li>Proactive, innovative and strong customer-oriented mindset, able to work under pressure</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with a focus on enabling successful outcomes through effective collaboration and engagement</li><li>Critical thinker with a strong focus on continuous improvement, capable of applying innovative problem-solving skills to drive sustainable enhancements across processes and outcomes</li><li>Attentive to details and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines</li><li>Technologically adept, with strong proficiency in MS Office and other essential business and communication tools</li><li>Candidates with less experience can be considered Senior Advisor</li></ul><p><br>Bupa is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
