Experience: Priority will be given to those with Hong Kong local sales / customer service experience, fresh graduates can apply based on their practical experience
II. Main responsibilities
Use Cantonese through offline visits, social platforms, etc. to develop Hong Kong local customers and expand the resource library
Insight customer needs (corporate procurement, personal consumption, etc.), customize solutions and follow up, and enhance repeat purchase and loyalty
Handling customer complaints/questions, coordinating internal problem solving, and maintaining brand reputation
Dissect sales targets, execute plans to ensure performance is achieved, participate in negotiations and contract signing, and timely collection of payments
Collect Hong Kong peer and industry dynamics, feed back department optimization strategy; sort out sales data and propose improvements
Collaborate with customer service, operations, etc. teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout the process, participate in training and sharing, and drive team capabilities
