Provide professional financial consulting services to customers, understand their risk protection needs and formulate corresponding insurance plans.
Based on the company's product line, introduce and recommend suitable life, medical, property or other types of insurance products to customers.
Assist customers in completing the insurance application process, answer related questions, and handle insurance policy changes or renewals.
Continuously maintain good relations with customers, regularly review their insurance status and propose adjustments.
Expand new customer resources, participate in market promotion activities, and achieve personal or team business goals.

College degree or above
Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, self-motivated to achieve sales targets.
Preference will be given to those with insurance industry qualifications or relevant professional certifications.
