Timely execute scheduled patrols (covering public areas, back-up channels and equipment rooms, etc. key ranges), record patrol situations and report abnormal conditions in real time.
Actively communicate with tenants, customers and property management to provide appropriate assistance, establish a good service image and trust relationship.
In accordance with property management requirements, carry out other general security support duties, including monitoring system observation and handover shift record filling, etc.
Work requirements
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card.
Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic writing skills to fill out work logs and reports.
No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; or those with past property/mall security experience are given priority.
Punctual and reliable, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
Benefits
Part-time HKD$750-780/day; monthly salary HKD$17,000–$17,500, with an additional $300 attendance bonus, paid on the 7th of each month.
