Job Responsibilities

Responsible for market promotion and sales of thermal insulation boards, developing potential customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
Provide suitable building materials solutions based on customer needs, product introduction and technical explanation
Regularly visit architectural companies, construction plants, design firms and related engineering units to expand business channels
Participate in site meetings or project coordination meetings, assist customers in completing material selection and construction coordination
Track order progress, coordinate delivery and after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction

Work requirements

Have a background in architecture, civil engineering, materials or related fields, and have a certain understanding of the construction process of buildings
Applicants with construction materials sales experience are preferred, familiar with the thermal insulation board performance and application scenarios
Have good communication skills and negotiation techniques, and be able to handle customer inquiries and objections independently
Need basic computer skills, able to use email and office software for business reporting
Need to be able to travel to various construction sites or customer companies for on-site explanations and negotiations
