Responsibilities:
Brainstorming/Planning dormitory activities and sports and arts development directions, allowing roommates to cultivate and develop their personal interests and potential Follow up / Process case issues and maintain contact with case parents / family
Evaluate your roommate's needs, plan and implement individual training/development programs Assist the dormitory supervisor in managing the daily service operation of the dormitory
Supervise employees’ work performance Assist the dormitory supervisor in formulating the annual plan for the dormitory and implementing and executing relevant plans
Develop volunteer services, increase contact between roommates and community members from different levelsRequirements: Registered social worker and holding a locally recognized social work diploma or above
Have experience in institutions and rehabilitation services Active and proactive, organized, team-oriented
Have good writing and communication skills Familiar with computer word processing and computer software application knowledge
