We are looking for highly competent Hong Kong Patent Agents who are able to assist, advise, draft and prepare Patent applications for Pintas' clients. If you have what it takes, we welcome you to join Pintas.

So what is your role? As a Hong Kong Patent Agent, you will:

• Patent Specification Preparation and Prosecution:

  • Search and Drafting of patent specification applications

  • Responding to office actions and communicating with patent examiners to ensure successful patent grants.

  • Assessing the patentability of inventions.

• Providing IP Advice:

  • Advising clients on patent strategy, including patentability of new inventions or innovations, infringement, and validity.

  • Guiding clients through the patent process and explaining complex legal and technical concepts.

  • Providing clear, practical, and business-oriented advice on IP protection.

• Promote intellectual property services and meet clients' business objectives.

• Selected candidateswill be trained to conduct patent searches and draft patent specifications for new technology or inventions.

Who are we looking for?

• A strong Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic or Electrical), Physic, Law or equivalent qualifications

• Having an interest in reading and learning new technologies

• Strong command of written English

• Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Cantonese
