Business Analyst

<p></p><p></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and the technical implementation team to ensure successful delivery of the solution. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring alignment with the RFP specifications, including AI-driven manual generation, ERP integration, and multilingual capabilities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Requirement Gathering & Analysis</strong><ul><li>Engage with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements as per RFP.</li><li>Analyze existing manual creation processes and identify gaps for automation.</li><li>Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Solution Design Support</strong><ul><li>Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are translated into technical specifications.</li><li>Validate feasibility of AI integration, ERP (CBX) connectivity, and multilingual translation features.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong><ul><li>Conduct workshops and review sessions with business teams, artwork teams, and IT stakeholders.</li><li>Manage expectations and ensure timely communication of project progress.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Testing & Quality Assurance</strong><ul><li>Prepare test scenarios and assist in UAT to validate solution against requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the customer’s security and data governance standards.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Documentation</strong><ul><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRD, process flows, and change logs.</li><li>Support preparation of training materials and user guides.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ years as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably in <strong>retail or sourcing domains</strong>.</li><li><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong><ul><li>Familiarity with <strong>ERP systems (preferably CBX)</strong>.</li><li>Understanding of <strong>AI/ML concepts</strong> and <strong>content management systems</strong> (e.g., Alfresco).</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Adobe InDesign workflows</strong> is a plus.</li></ul></li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.</li><li>Experience in <strong>Agile/Scrum</strong> methodology.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in <strong>AI-driven solutions</strong> or <strong>digital transformation projects</strong>.</li><li>Exposure to <strong>multilingual content management</strong> and <strong>translation workflows</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>data security and compliance standards</strong>.</li></ul><p></p>
