• Assist customers with ordering, picking up food, and other operational matters to ensure a smooth service process
• Proactively interact with customers, provide thoughtful and efficient service, and enhance dining experiences
• Provide personalized assistance based on customer needs, such as guiding them to their seats, delivering food to their tables, and answering their questions
• Guide and assist customers in using self-service ordering machines to complete their orders
• Promote McDonald's mobile app, introduce its features and discounts, and encourage customers to download and use it
• Establish good interactive relationships with customers, enhance brand satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain the restaurant lobby clean, inspect and clean the tabletops and public areas regularly
• Co-ordinate the promotion of food production, ingredient preparation and logistics support, etc., to ensure operational efficiency
• Follow food safety guidelines and keep your work area clean and hygienic

• No relevant experience required, students, housewives, new immigrants and retired people are welcome to apply
• Responsibility, serious and stable work, and ability to cooperate with the team
• Have good communication skills, friendly attitude, and a willingness to serve others
• Flexible shift scheduling between 06:00 and 24:00, with each shift lasting 8 hours
